Jessica Ellis-Wilson, CHW, FACMPE is an accomplished consultant, speaker, and coach with many years of experience in the healthcare, business, and nonprofit spaces. Jessica is a licensed Community Health Worker in Massachusetts, a Board-certified Fellow of the American College of Medical Practice Executives and is the founder and principal of Practical Management and Leadership Consulting.
 
A former executive leader, Jessica has worked with myriad organizations across the economic spectrum and offers counseling and education on compliance, human resources, talent management, workflows redesign, process improvement, project management, and staff and provider education. They offer leadership consulting in such fields as executive coaching, organizational growth, and cultural transformation, with a special focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as facilitating Board/Executive retreats.
 
Jessica is regularly invited to speak nationally on a variety of healthcare, leadership, and humanitarian topics and is often touted for their lively, engaging, and informative presentations.

Garrett Olson is the Senior Consultant with Practical Management & Leadership Consulting, the Associate Artistic & Technical Director for WatermelonAlligator Theatre Company, and a Founding and Managing Partner of Danu Pictures. He is also an accomplished professional actor, director, screenwriter, Intimacy Coordinator, and Fight Director for stage and screen. An experienced teaching artist, Garrett has taught acting, improv, stage combat, physicality, body language, communication, advocacy, and leadership skills to people of all ages, levels, and abilities, creating a truly immersive and inclusive opportunity for learning and growth.
